NSA phone hacking deemed Illegal
A second appeals court today at 10:30 ET AM deemed the program that the NSA started to track phone calls and hack into phone lines as illegal. The statement came from the appeals court this morning which stated that the phone hacking was illegal and that it violated the American citizen's Patriot Act. The appeals court now passes the investigation to a smaller court. The Patriot Act of 2001, initiated by President George W. Bush, is an acronym. (USA PATRIOT) " "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001". Even though this act is to catch terrorists, it is not allowed to just impede on the American's privacy.

The boating accident happened on April 20, and the event occurred just off of a Libya coast. 18 ships from many different countries have joined together to look for the bodies in which they think that as many as 700 immigrants died. The death toll this year is over 1,000 (immigrants that have died making the treacherous journey). As of now, the amount of bodies recovered is very minimal, with only twenty eight survivors. News this morning suggests that the captain and a crew mate were arrested and accused of manslaughter.

Artifacts from Hawaii's second king found
On April 6,1824, the entire crew and members aboard the King's ship were drunk and that is when it ran aground. Over 5 years, researching teams have been bringing up small pieces of the ship along with artifacts that will go into the Hawaii museum. The artifacts contain, shells, gold, silver, and much more. The second king of Hawaii was named King Kamehameha II. The 83 foot long ship was found in 10 feet of water and buried in 10 feet of sand. Even though the king only reined for a short period of time, he had a long lasting impact on Hawaii and the culture that it has.

Saudi Arabia to build Nuclear Bombs?
According to the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to the United States, "Saudi Arabia will do anything to keep its nation safe." This news comes in, in spite of recent events in which the ambassador was in danger. The threat facing the ambassador was to be carried out by a few people who were trying to assassinate him. The Saudi Arabian government stated that they could possibly need nuclear weapons to fight off the Iranians who also have nuclear weapons. The Saudi Arabian army is currently fighting in Yemen, targeting the Shi'ite Houthis who are taking over the country and trying to establish a new form of government.

Baby Woolly Rhino
Back in September of 2014 a few hunters in Siberia found the young specimen in some partially frozen soil. The two then held on to the rhino until they delivered it to the Sakha Republic Academy of Sciences. The scientists there were baffled by the discovery because "Sasha" as they call the animal, is one of only a few that have ever been discovered. Sasha is the only calf woolly rhino that is known to be found. The article states that much of the carcass was left intact even though a few carnivorous animals had torn away the backside of this amazing discovery. Research is now being done to determine whether or not the scientists can extract DNA evidence that links the woolly rhino to the extinct woolly mammoth.
